Sri M.Bhasker, Joint. Director of industries (Retired) of A.P. Govt., has been Successful in implementing some social welfare activities. He was in Houston, USA during the year 2006 with his son and his daughter-In-Law, Dr. Hema Latha Mukhara M.D., child adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist who has working, at that time, with the Medical staff at Devereux, TEXAS., Treatment network as a Medical Director of Long term residential unit, where she overseas clinical and administrative functions for adolescents. During the discussions, his daughter in Law Dr. Mukhara explained about the nature of services rendered to adolescents and the new life brought in after treatment. The gratification/immense satisfaction expressed by the adolescents at the time of their fare well function has made her more happy. This has motivated Sri. M. Bhasker, the idea to start such organization by forming a trust to help those children/adolescents with moderate to mild learning disabilities living in rural areas / towns/ cities.
